1. How can I know if my reservation is confirmed?

2. How can I book a service with ECOandONE?

Through the website, by mail, telephone or directly at our office.

3. What happens if the rented vehicle does not work properly?

First of all, you must contact Ecoandone. If the hired vehicle cannot continue the trip, Ecoandone will take care of all the necessary steps to collect it. You will have to wait for the roadside assistance service and if necessary you will have a replacement vehicle available in our store at no additional cost to you.

4. Should I inspect the vehicle before starting the rental?

Yes, it is always better to inspect it. In principle, all the vehicles that are delivered are controlled by the personnel of the company, if any anomaly is observed, it must be registered in the reservation module.

5. Should I fill the tank with fuel before returning the vehicle?

Yes, the fuel tank has to be on the same level as the delivery. Ecoandone's policy is to work with a full / full tank.

6. Can I request a receipt?

Yes, if the credit card receipt is not enough  you can request the receipt  directly to the person who delivers the vehicle to you.

7. Is it possible to modify or cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date, as provided in the terms of the general rental conditions.

8. If I don't have my driving license, because it was lost or stolen, can I rent?

In that case, you cannot hire motor vehicle rental services.

9. Once at the destination, can I continue using the vehicle?

I could, but only after contacting Ecoandone who would verify the availability of the vehicle. Normally reservations are made in advance according to the provisions in the "Reservations" section of the General Rental Conditions.

10. Is the use of a helmet mandatory?

Yes, the use of a helmet is mandatory by law  Y  it is a protection for you.

The helmet that you  facilitates ECOANDONE is in perfect condition and  it is replaced and sanitized periodically.

The rental price also includes a single-use disposable hat.

11. Do I have to sign a rental agreement?

Yes, the person who gives you the vehicle provides you with a contract in

which contain the same rental conditions already accepted on the web and your personal data must appear.

12. How does the delivery of the vehicle at the airport work?

If you arrive at the airport, indicate the time you want the vehicle available, NOT the flight arrival time (calculate the time needed to pick up your suitcase  and the exit of the terminal).  The waiting time after the agreed time is 15 minutes. Then you will have to pay the wait  1/2 hour maximum for 15 euros. After that time without news from you, the vehicle will return to the headquarters and you will have to pay the cost of 1 rental day or the contracted rate.

 

 

Notify ECOandONE whenever your departure flight is delayed  by phone, email or sms.  It is your responsibility to inform ECOandONE.

 

 

ECOandONE calculates that each person has only one hand luggage.  Inform in writing at the time of booking if you have more suitcases or they are large so that the rented vehicle is the ideal one to carry your luggage.
